About the role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to shape how people plan and navigate their day. You’ll work on turning messy tasks into clear, structured flows that adapt in real time.
What you'll do
You'll design product experiences that help people stay focused and adjust throughout the day without losing clarity.
You will:
• Design simple, structured interfaces for daily planning
• Turn complex flows into clear, usable interactions
• Work closely with product and engineering to ship features
• Improve how tasks, priorities, and routines are presented
• Contribute to the overall product system and consistency
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who cares deeply about product quality and thoughtful, structured design.
You likely have:
• 3+ years of experience in product or UX design
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience designing modern web or mobile interfaces
• Ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
• Attention to detail and strong visual design skills
Nice to have
While not required, these experiences would be a plus:
• Experience with productivity or planning tools
• Familiarity with design systems
• Interest in behavior, focus, or decision-making
