About the role
We're looking for a Data Engineer to build the systems that power Nura's intelligence layer. You'll design pipelines that turn raw events into useful insights.
What you'll do
You'll build and maintain the data infrastructure that makes Nura's product smart, designing pipelines, schemas, and integrations the whole team relies on.
You will:
• Build ingestion pipelines and ETL workflows
• Design schemas for event and analytics data
• Maintain data quality, freshness, and reliability
• Partner with engineering and ML to ship features
• Instrument metrics that inform product decisions
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is comfortable across SQL, Python, and modern data infrastructure.
You likely have:
• 2+ years of data engineering experience
• Strong SQL and Python fundamentals
• Experience with ETL or ELT pipelines
• Comfort with cloud data warehouses
• A pragmatic, ship-first mindset
Nice to have
While not required, these experiences would be a plus:
• Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools
• Familiarity with streaming systems
• Background working with ML or analytics platforms
